This custom CNC-machined stainless steel mechanical component is designed for secure shaft connection, mechanical positioning, or rotational engagement in industrial machinery and equipment. The part features a non-standard gear-like round base with uniformly spaced block-shaped teeth along its outer edge, providing enhanced gripping, locking, or anti-slip functionality.
Rising from the center of the disk is a cylindrical boss, containing a through-hole for shaft insertion.
The boss sidewall is tapped with threaded holes, allowing the part to be securely fastened to a shaft or mating component using screws or set bolts.
This unique hybrid design supports mechanical engagement via both form-fitting (teeth) and fastening (screws), making it ideal for high-vibration, torque-bearing, or indexing applications.
