Our state-of-the-art production line integrates advanced technologies across various departments to deliver high-quality metal and plastic components efficiently. Our CNC machining department is equipped with 60 precision machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNCs, enabling us to process a wide variety of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium alloys, copper, POM, nylon, PEEK, and carbon fiber with utmost accuracy. Our stamping department operates 41 machines, including 250-ton presses, designed to produce complex, high-precision parts using continuous molds, compound molds, and deep-drawing techniques. The fastener production line consists of 79 machines capable of producing a broad range of components, from screws and nuts to custom fasteners, ensuring consistent strength and reliability. Additionally, our spring manufacturing department operates 15 machines, specializing in custom compression, tension, and torsion springs to meet specific customer requirements.
