Founded in 2003 with a small workshop and just 15 employees, our company has steadily grown into a leading provider of high-quality metal and plastic components. Today, we operate out of an 8,000 square meter facility with 200 dedicated employees, serving clients worldwide. Over the years, we’ve invested in state-of-the-art equipment, skilled personnel, and rigorous quality control systems to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

We specialize in OEM and ODM solutions, providing a comprehensive range of services for metal and plastic processing. Our capabilities include CNC machining, stamping, fasteners production, and spring manufacturing, along with secondary services like welding, polishing, and a variety of surface treatments such as electroplating, anodizing, and PVD coatings. Our advanced CNC department operates 60 machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines, capable of processing materials like aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and carbon fiber with high precision. Our stamping department, equipped with 41 machines, produces high-precision parts using continuous and compound molds, while our fasteners department handles a wide range of screws, nuts, and rivets using 79 machines. Additionally, our spring manufacturing team produces custom springs for a variety of industries using 15 dedicated machines.

Our team follows strict quality control protocols at every stage of production, from material inspections to in-process monitoring and final product testing. Since our early days, we’ve continually expanded and refined our operations. In 2006, we moved to a larger 2,000 square meter facility, increasing our workforce to 50 employees. In 2009, we restructured into a limited liability company, formalizing our business and positioning us for future growth. By 2014, we had expanded again to 8,000 square meters and 100 employees, adopting advanced manufacturing technologies to meet the growing demands of our clients. Today, after 25 years of growth and development, we continue to provide high-quality, customized solutions, partnering with clients around the world.

Core Processing Services:

• CNC Machining: We operate 60 advanced CNC machines capable of both milling and turning. These machines can process a wide range of materials, including aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel, titanium alloys, POM, nylon, PEEK, and carbon fiber. We offer both small-batch and high-volume production with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis capabilities to ensure precision for even the most complex components.
• Stamping: Our stamping department is equipped with 41 machines, including 250-ton presses, capable of producing high-precision parts using continuous molds, compound molds, and deep-drawing techniques. This enables us to handle large-scale production while maintaining consistent quality.
• Fasteners: We produce a variety of fasteners such as screws, nuts, rivets, and custom components using 79 machines. Whether small or large quantities, our fasteners are built to meet strict standards of strength, reliability, and durability.
• Spring Manufacturing: We specialize in the production of high-quality springs with 15 machines dedicated to various types of springs, including compression, tension, and torsion springs, customized to client specifications.

Secondary Processing Services:

• Welding: We provide welding services, including spot welding and projection welding. These are ideal for joining metal components in a variety of applications. 
• Polishing: Our in-house polishing services cover basic polishing tasks to ensure parts are smooth and aesthetically presentable. 

Surface Treatments & Packaging:

• We collaborate with long-term partners for advanced surface treatments, including electroplating, anodizing, and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coatings, ensuring products meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. These treatments enhance corrosion resistance, durability, and surface finish quality.
